COMPETITION PREPARATION PROGRAMMING
We use cutting edge approaches within our nutrition and strength training programs in order to get you in prestige condition for your show. Our communication during contest prep coaching is more frequent, along with multiple check-ins per week, and a day-to-day hands on approach come peak week.
Our top-quality instructors provide a challenging workout for each session. Classes are a challenging and unique blend of aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, calisthenics, and strength and endurance training.
This positive, energizing class will give you a mix of a flowing yoga practice along with light twists, topped off with gentle, yet deep controlled stretching. Your instructor will guide you through each breath, ending in relaxation for a wonderful experience.
STABILITY BALL CONDITIONING
Utilizing the stability ball for conditioning and cardiovascular benefits, this class takes a unique and fun approach to fitness. This class will assist in balance, tone, and agility for overall fitness. You will feel the benefits of this class, like no other!
A high intensity and endurance based workout, interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity workouts. Through a variety of simple, yet intense timed exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is to increase strength, add muscle tone, or for weight loss, this class will provide what you are looking for.
This class uses kettle bells, body weight exercises and strength training to bring you a total body workout. This boot camp is designed to be different each time, and will push you harder than you'd ever push yourself. We want to keep you guessing – and challenge you every class!
